Developed by artists Kael Greco and Gregg Perkins, Moede NCMA is an interactive musical artwork for users within the North Carolina Museum of Art park. A musical score has been composed in response to the landscape and placed into geographical zones in the park for users to experience. Moede creates a unique musical composition for each user as they as they move through the terrain of the park. There are also areas within the composition where the phone microphone turns on to loop the local sound into the mix of music. Recommended for headphones with a microphone. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This artwork has been commissioned by the North Carolina Museum of Art, 2016.
Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
